Bravo Scenic’s panels rent for $18.50 USD per panel, plus round-trip shipping, for up to six days of usage (not including shipping times).  Please contact us at Info@BravoScenic.com if you need your Bravo Panels for 7 or more days.   

Our panels simply require a sturdy hanging point – for instance, the crossbar of a traditional pipe and drape setup, or a truss bar – within an indoor location.  Each panel weighs approximately 1 pound, so you will be responsible for ensuring that your structure can support the total weight of the Bravo Scenic panels.  In order to latch that initial panel onto your crossbar or truss, we will provide you with either a hook (for a pipe and drape crossbar system) or a safety cable with snaphook (for a truss system).  

The vast majority of our clients order a traditional pipe and drape backdrop from their AV provider and then hand them the panels and connectors onsite – leave for lunch – then come back and say “wow, what a difference!”

In addition, to bring out the full potential of your Bravo Scenic set, be sure to add some LED uplights to your AV setup.  Your AV provider will be able to add in these lights with no problem. 

Panels are most often shipped in compact 20” x 20” x 6” boxes via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, and are usually shipped from Charleston, South Carolina. A full box typically contains approximately 45 panels and weighs approximately 45 pounds. Shipping is charged at actual, and return labels will be provided. Please note, that you, as the renter of the panels, are responsible for any potential/additional hotel/venue shipping/drayage/handling fees.

Definitely not!  One of our guiding principles when creating Bravo Scenic was to ensure that an advanced engineering degree (or infinite patience!) wasn’t required when putting up one of our backdrops.  We will send you step by step illustrated instructions (there really aren’t that many steps!) on how to put together your Bravo Scenic backdrop.  We recommend that you book your local labor with the allocation of about 1 hour for 2 people per 60 panels.

Sure thing!  Reach out to us and let’s discuss your event (for example…how many screens will you have? how big will your stage need to be?) and then we can draw up some renderings for you to review for a minimal $125 charge (which is refunded with your first order).  We’ll work collaboratively with you to figure out will look best, and exactly what you’ll need to make it happen!
